For in Christ lives all the fullness of God in a human body (Colossians 2:9 NLT).
When Jesus walked on the earth, His physical body was full of God. The grace of God made it possible for a human body to contain the fullness of God. Jesus was the visible image of the invisible God – He was God in flesh. What a beautiful truth.
The verse following our theme scripture goes on and explains, “And you are in Him, made full and having come to fullness of life [in Christ you too are filled with the Godhead–Father, Son and Holy Spirit–and reach full spiritual stature]. And He is the Head of all rule and authority [of every angelic principality and power]” (Colossians 2:10 AMPC). Oh hallelujah. Being born again, you’re now in Christ Jesus, and in Him you’re filled with the fullness of God.

God lives inside you, and when He came to live in you He didn’t forget or leave out anything. He came in His fullness – with all His power, anointing, glory and beauty. You’re the glory and beauty of God personified. Now that God lives in you, His joy, peace and health are on the inside of you. That’s why you can’t be stressed or be susceptible to sickness and disease. You’ve received His fullness in you (John 1:16). Glory to God.
Ephesians 1:3 says, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ”. You have the fullness of His blessings in you. There’s no blessing that you don’t have for the source of blessings (God) is in you. You’ve become a miracle worker because God, who lives in you is the source of power and miracles.
It’s important to understand that being born again doesn’t mean your life is a continuation of the old, no. Galatians 2:20 (NKJV) reads, “I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” You’re now a new creature (2 Corinthians 5:17), your old man, the old you who could be sick, depressed, hurt, offended or be subject to poverty has died completely.
You have a completely new life. That’s why wherever you go and whatever situation you’re in you speak the words of Christ. His abundant wisdom is on your lips always (John 3:34). When you speak, people draw wisdom, hope and life from your words for you speak the words of Christ.
What it’s important is for you to spend time in prayer and fellowship with God, speaking in tongues, and stir up these gifts and realities of the fullness of God in you.
Confession:
The old me has died, and today Christ is alive in me. I have the fullness of God in me and His life and nature are in my spirit. When I speak, I speak words full of life, wisdom and healing. I’m a dispenser of the blessings of God in me to my world. Hallelujah.
