DOES A DEAD MAN NEED DELIVERANCE?

I have died, but Christ lives in me. And I now live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave his life for me. (Galatians‬ ‭2‬:‭20‬ ‭CEV‬‬)

The old human nature has now been completely supplanted by the new life that Christ has brought to you. 2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV) clearly defines who you are, now that Christ lives in you, ”Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.“ You are a new creature! The life you have now is not a continuation of the old.

The old man (nature) who needed deliverance, who was bound and bothered by devils has died. It is now Christ who is alive in you. What makes this reality even more beautiful is that Christ, who lives in you, cannot be bound by devils for He has defeated Satan and his cohorts, and He does not need deliverance.

You (The Christian) therefore need no deliverance, for Christ is alive in you today. Sickness, disease, poverty and death are not of God; these are the works of Satan and his demons. Because you live by faith in Christ Jesus, you’re no longer bound to these. Glory to God!

This is the essence of new life you have in Christ. He now lives and abides in you, He moves in and through you - you have become the move of God; God’s living tabernacle. You’re exactly like the Father (1 John 4:17)!

Romans 6:5-6(PEV) says, ”We joined up with Jesus Christ and it is like we die, just like he died, and then it is like we come back to life, just like he came back to life. We know that they nailed Jesus Christ to that cross, and it was like they nailed a part of us there too, that old part of us that makes us do wrong things all the time. It got nailed to that cross with Jesus, and it is dead. So now it doesn’t have any power over us. It can’t make us do bad things.“ That part of you that could be sick, poor and needed deliverance, has died!

You have a new life in Christ, and He lives in you. Satan and his demons have no power over you - Satan is no longer a factor in your life, and you don’t need deliverance from him for you were together with Christ when He conquered and defeated him once and for all. Hallelujah.

Prayer:

Precious Father, thank you for I walk in newness of life, for I've been raised together with Christ Jesus. It is no longer I who lives, but Christ lives in me. The life of Christ in me has made me to be sickness, disease, poverty and death-free! I don’t require deliverance from anything, for I’m seated together with Christ in heavenly places. Amen.
